Form delivery

Website contact messages are sent to our business email (info@connecticutpolygraph.com). Depending on configuration, the site may open your email application to complete sending, or use a form-delivery provider (such as Web3Forms) when an access key is configured. Provider processing is subject to their terms. Do not include highly sensitive case details in the public contact form; we will arrange a secure channel when needed.
